We are looking for a HR Transformation Sr Specialist, will lead the implementation of strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, streamline HR processes, and foster a high-performance culture. This role also will support the execution of change management strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s Digital Transformation
Educational requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in Change Management (PROSCI, Kotter, Lean Change Management) and/or Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile Coach) are a plus but not mandatory
- Advanced English proficiency
Funciones:
- Lead HR Transformation Initiatives: Drive the planning, execution, and completion of strategic HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Streamline HR Processes: Assess current HR practices and systems; design and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and user experience.
- Support Digital HR Strategy: Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure HR systems and solutions align with the company’s digital transformation goals.
- Change Management Execution: Develop and deploy change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Track key performance metrics to assess the success of transformation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
Habilidades para tener éxito en el rol:
- 2-4 years of experience in change management, internal communications, HR, training, or a related field.
- Experience working in transformation projects, digital initiatives, or large-scale organizational changes
