As a Principal Database Administrator, youll play a critical role in supporting database operations for a large government enterprise contract, serving the customer. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive database support and administration, incorporating changes and updates, maintaining configurations, and developing documentation to ensure reliable, secure data management. Aligned with federal standards like NIST, FISMA, and ITIL 4 practices, youll optimize database performance, enforce compliance, and facilitate seamless integrations to sustain mission-critical applications in regulated environments.

As a senior database administrator, youll be responsible for providing database support and administration for enterprise systems, including query optimization, backup/recovery, and user access management to ensure high availability and data integrity. Youll incorporate changes and updates to databases, maintain database configurations, and develop documentation, contributing to knowledge bases and audit readiness for operational handovers. Your expertise will help drive seamless integration, compliance, and secure data management.

In this role, youll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including the development of database solutions that support mission-critical initiatives.
