As Research Specialist - Executive Search, you will be responsible for identifying and mapping high-calibre talent across industries, building pipelines and talent maps for succession plans, whilst gathering intelligence to support strategic hiring initiatives. You will supports with uncovering top talent and delivering actionable insights to Executive Recruiters.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates using a variety of methods including LinkedIn, databases, spanet mapping, Boolean searches, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain detailed talent maps, organisational charts, and spanet insights focused on target industries and companies.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Recruiters to understand requirements, role specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Screen and qualify potential executive level candidates through initial outreach, engagement, and assessment.
- Prepare candidate reports, profiles, and research documents for executive stakeholder presentation.
- Support the Senior Manager - Executive Research to build and maintain structured talent databases whilst leveraging Applicant Tracing System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Capture and deliver intelligence on industry trends, competitors, talent moves, compensation and other useful insights to that will inform decision making.
QualificationTo be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment research, executive search or headhunting (either in agency or in-house roles)
- Experience support C-Suite or executive searches.
Youll have an edge if you have:
- Strong internet research skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and Boolean search techniques.
- Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, curious approach.
