As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Operations in Doha as a Senior Cargo Operational Performance Reporting Analyst.
About the role
As the Senior Cargo Operational Performance Reporting Analyst, you will lead, develop, review and re-build operational reporting to ensure visibility of key metrics. You will provide analysis of operational indicators and operational business performance to the operations management team. Collaborate with the procedures team for process reviews, identify trends and provide data driven insights. Additionally, you will assess operational issues and recommend solutions or process improvements.
Some of the tasks include the following:
- Handling overall responsibility for operational reporting, data storage, KPI’s and process improvements.
- Accountable for providing analysis on key metrics and reasoning for changes in operational performance and take feedback from internal and external teams in order to identify gaps in processes and methodologies. Initiate improvements that enhance revenue and decision making
- Engage team to ensure creation and maintenance of well-defined station and spanet information documents and drive to create efficiencies through easy access, sharing and handover of data, reports and processes.
- To Lead business process reengineering of documented quality and operational strategies covering special commodities, ULDs, messaging and other operational KPIs.
- Develop key reports to for operational areas including Special Products teams, Quality, Operations, ULD Control, Dangerous Goods and to the Ops management team.
- Responsibility for monitoring CiQ metrics for Freight forwarders and GHAs in a timely manner.
- To develop outputs relevant to key stakeholders and user-friendly formats for senior management, customers, suppliers and other external parties.
- Perform other department duties as directed by Line Manager of Head of the Department.
