* 4-6 years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) in accordance with ASME Y14.5, and the ability to perform tolerance analysis
* At least 2 years of experience with Creo design software
* 2-4 years of Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience
* 4-6 years of working knowledge of reading engineering drawings
* 2-4 years of experience with failure analysis
* 4+ years of experience with Root cause and corrective action experience
* 4+ years of experience with reading engineering drawings, documents, parts lists, and specifications
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in an Engineering-related field
* Be able to lead investigative effort and report status to interdisciplinary teams
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
* Support Air Dominance production programs as the Mechanical Review Board Design Engineer
* Participate as a key member in the Material Review Board (MRB) process
* Review non-conforming hardware for performance impacts
* Identify appropriate root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence
* Coordinate efforts within Mechanical, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
* Support weekly status review meetings with leadership
* Investigate production issues, defects, and failures
* Develop and implement viable engineering solutions in time-sensitive situations
* Support production of key missile system components
* Lead investigative engineering efforts and communicate status updates to interdisciplinary teams Physical Requirements & Environment
