Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of Geotechnical Engineer for Bishoftu International Airport Project Management office.
ABOUT THE JOB
POSITION: Geotechnical Engineer
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FIXED TERM CONTRACT
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Minimum of BSc Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with a Geotech specialization with a Minimum 08 years of experience out of which 2 years’ experience in foundation design and soil mechanics for large civil and structural projects or related area..
Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description):
Review and assure all geotechnical investigation reports, foundation designs (piles, raft), and earthworks specifications. Provide expert input on soil stability, material suitability (borrow pits), and compaction testing protocols. Oversee site-level geotechnical assurance and manage specialist sub-consultants.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory and other foreign languages are desirable.

From May 21 ,2026 up to May 29 ,2026 at Ethiopian Airlines Head Quarter, Ethiopian Airports Building, Group Recruitment and Placement office(1st floor).
