Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Engineer (f/m) to join our Quality Engineering Propulsion team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team who manages the Quality of Engineering Pylon perimeter. As part of the Quality Engineering Propulsion team, you will be involved in several key projects related to all the Programmes.

Your challenges :

• Cascade down and implement Airbus Quality strategy and objectives within Engineering Pylon domain

• Secure the adherence of processes by Engineering Pylon community and secure on-quality of their deliverables

• Deploy and facilitate Design Risks Analysis (DFMEA) to prevent design maturity issues

• Support and coordinate Design Reviews

• Deploy and facilitate Practical Problem Solving (PPS) to eradicate Non-Conformities

• Deploy digital means (e.g. Skywise capabilities) to prevent and improve design quality and maturity

• Monitor and analyze the quality performance of Engineering Pylon perimeter (e.g. KPIs production, actions plan definition and follow-up)

• Widely promote the Quality mindset with the motto: “Quality in all what we do”!

Your boarding pass:

• Engineering background

• Knowledge of quality standards, methods and tools

• MBSE (Model Based System Engineering)

• Languages: Fluent level in French and Negotiation level in English

• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks

• Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with various levels of the organization

• Be pragmatic and proactive
