- Leads tactical Gate 2 launch efforts into Gate 3 by communicating shortages and need dates
- Leads inventory control/reduction cadence, i.e. aged inventory, excess & obsolete, etc.
- Leads Professional Band & OTHSAL employee operational cadence as a part of the Gate 2 Transformation effort
- Resolves issues using established procedures as a first-level escalation point. Consults business leader and site leadership team regarding material issues impacting site targets
- Collaborate and coach others to adhere to Standard Work utilizing FLIGHT DECK fundamentals.
- Leads small teams in problem-solving events utilizing FLIGHT DECK fundamentals.
- Leads SAP data points that feed KPIs (SQDC in that order)
- Role could include Purchasing and/or Supplier Management based upon business need
- Collaborates with GE Sourcing and Supply Chain to ensure timely Material movement
Required Qualifications- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college and 3 years of experience
- Or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of SAP Materials/Procurement experience, or 5 years of experience in similar functions
