We are seeking an experienced ISSA Supply Technician to support Army logistics operations in accordance with applicable Army supply regulations, including AR 710‑2, AR 735‑5, DA Pam 710‑2‑1, and DA Pam 710‑2‑2. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with GCSS‑Army, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage fast‑paced supply and warehouse operations while maintaining strict property accountability.
Responsibilities
- GCSS‑Army Transactions — Process supply actions, research material status, and update records in compliance with AR 710‑2 and DA Pam 710‑2‑1.
- Warehouse Operations — Receive, store, issue, and track supplies using automated systems in accordance with Army supply policy.
- Receiving & Inspection — Verify quantities, NSNs, condition codes, and documentation per DA Pam 710‑2‑1 procedures.
- Discrepancy Resolution — Document and resolve shortages, overages, or damaged items; initiate required reports in accordance with AR 735‑5.
- Inventory Management — Conduct cyclic, sensitive item, and annual inventories; reconcile mismatches following DA Pam 710‑2‑1 guidance.
- Property Book Turn‑Ins — Prepare turn‑in packets and required forms (DA 3161, DA 2062, etc.) in accordance with AR 735‑5 and DA Pam 710‑2‑1.
- Prioritization & Workflow — Manage high volumes of requests while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with GCSS‑Army (supply or warehouse modules).
- Knowledge of Army supply regulations, including AR 710‑2, AR 735‑5, DA Pam 710‑2‑1, and DA Pam 710‑2‑2.
- Experience with warehouse management systems or automated supply tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Applicant must possess a REAL ID-compliant, state-issued drivers license.
- Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation, obtain and maintain a CAC.
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification in logistics STAMIS (i.e. SARSS, SAMS-E, GCSS-A).
- Forklift/MHE operation certification (OF 346) preferred.
