Stinson Aviation MX is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing aviation maintenance operation. This is a supervisory role for someone who knows how to manage technicians, control workflow, maintain high standards, and keep aircraft maintenance projects moving efficiently and compliantly.

This is not a desk-only position. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, make sound decisions, and bring real operational value to the team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and technician workflow.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance events.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance data, and company procedures.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and maintenance documentation.
• Assist with inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and return-to-service activities as needed.
• Monitor job progress, labor efficiency, parts coordination, and overall shop productivity.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, leadership, vendors, and customers.
• Help enforce accountability, organization, and high-performance standards throughout the maintenance operation.

• A&P Certificate required
• Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, with prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred
• Candidate must have proven supervisory skills, strong organizational ability, and the ability to lead a maintenance organization team by example
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance documentation, and aircraft systems
• Applicant must have working knowledge of multiple aircraft maintenance manuals and engine maintenance manuals
• Ability to manage multiple projects and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Preferred aircraft experience includes King Air, Learjet, Citation Jet, Gulfstream, and Pilatus PC-12 aircraft
• Working knowledge of EBIS software preferred
• Candidate must be able to pass a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background check
