We are seeking skilled Metals Mechanic with 5+ years of experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of metal forming, straightening, and routing operations and can work with minimal supervision on complex parts requiring exacting tolerances.

• Develop new methods, techniques, and form blocks to facilitate straightening and forming operations
• Adjust and maintain heat, gas, and hydraulic control systems within maximum and minimum ranges
• Use test equipment to verify conformity to engineering drawings and specifications
• Work on parts of unusual complexity requiring exacting tolerances
• Fabricate and assemble mechanical, structural, or plumbing parts and assemblies
• Perform stretch press and hand rout operations to company and customer quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and adhere to all safety procedures

• Experience: 5+ years of Stretch Press / Hand Rout Operator experience required
• Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of forming, straightening, and routing techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical data
  • Proficient in the use of test equipment for dimensional verification
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and work for an entire 8-hour shift
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as required
• Availability:
  • Primary shift: 2nd shift
  • Must be available to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to start within 2 weeks after offer acceptance
• Other:
  • No A&P license required
  • No personal tools required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Must pass background check, drug test, and employment verification

Manufacturing/production floor environment. Exposure to noise, machinery, and moving mechanical parts. Required PPE must be worn at all times.
