Role Overview:
1. Facility Management• Oversee daily operations of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, fire protection).• Ensure building infrastructure is maintained in safe and operational condition.• Manage housekeeping, layout, and space optimization.• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.2. Equipment Maintenance• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.• Supervise troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment.• Ensure minimal downtime through effective maintenance strategies.• Maintain equipment history records and documentation.3. Team Supervision• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.• Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress.• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in supervising facility, maintenance and equipment team from high-volume manufacturing industry.
Required Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical , Electrical, Mechatronic engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising facility, maintenance and equipment team from high-volume manufacturing industry.
