As a Cold Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cold food production area, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead a team/production staff, manage production schedules, and coordinate with other departments including logistics, and quality assurance to meet customer specifications and delivery deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of food safety regulations and high-volume food production practices.
