About the role
We are seeking a Program Security Manager to ensure the robust cyber and physical security of mission-critical assets. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the capability by leading the development and implementation of comprehensive security measures in accordance with customer requirements. The Program Security Manager will ensure that any MC-55A design changes do not invalidate the established security accreditation, and will implement changes in response to RAAF requests. You will coordinate closely with key project personnel to ensure that any changes to security protocols meet necessary accreditation standards.
The daily duties will include but not be limited to; working with customers to confirm the compliance of design and adjustments maintain cyber and physical security, evaluate the asset & identify continuous improvement opportunities and endorse any proposed changes to the evolving security measures requested by the end customer.
About you
To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;
- Prior experience in aerospace or Defence industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Hold and maintain a TSPV Australian Defence Security Clearance.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
