EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; MBA preferred; and 8-10+ years of progressive human resources experience in a highly collaborative environment.
- Experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing/reporting out high-level projects for executives or senior leadership
- Experience developing/implementing strategic plans, delivering on commitments, and
- Experience in influencing and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions.
