About the RoleAs an Assembler, you will play a critical role in building and repairing complex electronic assemblies that power next-generation aviation technologies. Your expertise in soldering, rework, and inspection ensures every circuit board meets the highest standards of performance and reliability in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
Position Details
Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST)
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Duration: June 15, 2026 – June 16, 2027
Worksite: Onsite, Full-Time
What You’ll DoPerform high-mix, low-volume assembly of SMT and through-hole components on complex PCBs
Remove, repair, and replace advanced components such as QFNs, BGAs, and LGAs
Execute precision soldering using hot-air tools, hot plates, and rework stations
Operate X-ray inspection equipment to verify solder joint quality on hidden connections
Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to ensure accuracy
Conduct in-process inspections (visual, AOI, X-ray) and document results
Troubleshoot solder defects like bridging, voiding, and tombstoning
Maintain ESD compliance and adhere to all safety and quality standards
Work under a microscope for detailed assembly and inspection tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in processes and tooling
What You BringRequired QualificationsStrong soldering experience (SMT and/or through-hole) — certification not required
1–2+ years of hands-on electronics assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
Ability to read and write in English
Willingness to complete and pass required medical screening
Preferred QualificationsExperience with advanced rework techniques and bottom-terminated components (QFNs, BGAs, LGAs)
Familiarity with X-ray inspection and AOI processes
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electronics assembly
Experience in a high-reliability or aerospace manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $18.00 to $30.00 per hour
