Your Role & ImpactAs an Assembly Technician, your hands-on expertise and precision will directly contribute to the production of advanced electronic and mechanical systems used in critical aviation technologies. Your work ensures quality, performance, and reliability in products that have real-world impact across the globe.
What You’ll DoAssembly & Production WorkPerform a range of assembly tasks—both repetitive and complex—on electronic and mechanical components
Build and assemble modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, cables, and subassemblies
Follow diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings to complete accurate layouts
Tools & EquipmentUse hand tools, power tools, jigs, and specialized equipment to complete assemblies
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Quality Assurance & TestingConduct continuity checks throughout the assembly process
Perform inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies
Rework & PrototypingDisassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble components as needed
Support testing and development of prototype assemblies under simulated conditions
Team Collaboration
What You BringRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED
IPC J-STD-001 Certification
1–3 years of experience in electronic assembly or hand soldering
1–3 years working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow detailed instructions and collaborate with a team
Preferred Qualifications5+ years of manufacturing experience
5+ years of advanced soldering experience, including inspection and rework/repair
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools

Pay Details: $29.23 per hour
