Location: Jefferson, GA Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: FT/Mon-Fri 6am - 2:30pm (OT as Required)

If you’re experienced, safety-driven, and looking for a stable role in a high-demand industry, this opportunity is for you.About the RoleAs a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production moving. Your expertise in material handling will directly support the efficient manufacturing and delivery of HVAC products used across the industry. This is a hands-on position where precision, safety, and reliability truly matter.What You’ll Do Day to Day

Support the picking/packing, loading/unloading and general warehousing duties
Understand method of locating materials
Read a packing list and follow defined shipping/receiving protocols
Record turnback’s
Process rework work orders/purchase orders
Perform and reconcile cycle counts, relentless root cause analysis
Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies and maintain departmental quality standards
Execute JDE transactions relative to your area of responsibility
Perform 5S???????

Required & Preferred QualificationsRequired:

Valid forklift/operator certification or specialized license
Ability to safely operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment
Comfort working with technology and basic administrative tasks

Preferred:

Minimum 2 years of forklift experience
3–5 years of experience strongly preferred
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
