Job Title: General LaborerJob Description
This position involves performing sanding and cleaning duties related to the creation of solar panel frames. The role requires working in both sitting and standing positions throughout the entire shift, with a production goal of 25-30 skins per day while maintaining minimal errors.
Responsibilities
- Perform sanding of carbon fiber material to specifications.
- Apply alcohol to clean the material after sanding.
- Communicate the performed work to Lead/Supervisor, detailing the process followed.
- Accept feedback from the quality inspector and perform rework tasks if necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a laborer role preferred but not required.
- Able to follow simple work plans and visual aids.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.20/hr.
