Job Description:
We are now looking for a Headcount and Personnel cost controller for the FZM perimeter.
Responsibilities - your mission
The jobholder will monitor FZM Headcount and Personnel costs:
- Headcount follow-up
The jobholder will follow HM and HH Headcount with a close collaboration with the local HRBPs and the dedicated Finance Managers by Division, by Country and by Siglum. The jobholder will follow-up monthly the Headcount evolution, report on it and will forecast a year-end position thanks to a rolling process to put in place.
- Personnel costs follow-up
The jobholder will follow Airbus Commercial (AI) HM and HH Personnel costs (Active WorkForce, non-AWF and Temps) to support the dedicated Finance Managers. The jobholder will follow-up monthly the Personnel costs evolution, report on it and will forecast a year-end cost thanks to a rolling process to put in place.
The jobholder is in charge of the Planning and delivering the Flight Path, OP, FC1, FC2 and FC3.
The jobholder consolidates the Trans-divisional scope of Personnel costs incl. Forecast by Siglum in collaboration with AD and AH controlling teams.
The jobholder will support the following activities:
- the consolidation of the FZM Intercompany Purchases, the creation of the Purchase Orders into the ICPT tool, the invoicing, the posting of the Good Receipts
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Basic knowledge of analytical Accounting & Controlling
Ability to work in an autonomous mode
Ability to interact with financial stakeholders in various organizations and countries
Ability to embrace various topics simultaneously
Language: English mandatory, Spanish is a plus
