Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Pilot to operate the GippsAero GA-8 Airvan. This role supports our mission-focused aviation operations and would ideally suit individuals with a background in military aviation or missionary flight work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the GA-8 Airvan safely and efficiently in varied conditions
• Support mission and operational goals 
• Maintain accurate flight and maintenance records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure mission success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Former military pilot experience

• Missionary aviation background (a strong plus)

• Time in type (GA-8 Airvan) is beneficial but not required

• Strong decision-making and situational awareness skills

• Commitment to safety, flexibility, and teamwork
